Simplicity in Creativity
I am back! I wanted to address all the previous comments from my last post. I know that it has been a while since you last heard from me. Consider it a sabbatical. On my previous post, Nessie had addressed a question that I thought would be great to turn into a new post.
I had mentioned in my previous post ways one can get creative juices flowing. Like anything in life, it is easier said than done. So to refresh everyone from my last post here is the link:

Now it was addressed that people have issues finding 30 minutes a day to really unwind from a long and stressful day. This seems to resonate with everyone since our economy has taken such a turn in the past few years.
Now onto business!!
I suggested that one should listen to music for 30 minutes a day before you retire for the day. But, it does not have to be music alone. I have noticed that I like variation so a few days out of the week I will curl up with a great book and it helps to go to bed easily. Try it and let me know how it works for you.
The second suggestion I had given you was to take a break and let the creative juices flowing through Crayola art. ☺ It is a great way in bringing you back to your childhood by picking up your favorite coloring book and a nice set of fresh Crayola’s to break the creative block. If you are not a fan of Crayola art then try painting or even photography. I have been advised that it helps to really relax and exercise your brain.
Finally, it’s the workout for your health. I know a lot of us out there in cyberspace dread working out or you may find that you prefer it over anything. I have actually asked a very dear friend to set up an easy workout regimen. I made it a goal to work out at home (for free!) and try out a light form of a workout outside of a gym so that I can at least tone and obtain some sort of flexibility.
I hope that this helps you out to get a better picture of simple solutions in creativity. If we really just took a simple approach our lives would be a little less complicated. ☺
Happy Inventing!

Welcome back Hatel. Hopefully you are going to be posting regularly now
I really love the idea of music. Not only does it help you wind down, but it also helps you wind up and get creative juices flowing. Nice article I enjoyed it.
