A Creative Outlook On The Economy! Are You Ready?
It isn’t very difficult to find yourself depressed and worried about loosing your job in these tough times. But if you are one of those not-so-rare individuals who have lost their job, finding another position to meet your lifestyle needs is rather difficult.
In fact, I can jump on all major news sites, BBC, CNN, Washington Post, and within ten seconds I will come across many negative articles on the Economic conditions. So where can you find hope? The better question to ask is how can you use a creative outlook to empower your future?
Simple
First and foremost, let me point out that this is easier said than done. I believe it can be achieved if you have the right work ethic. This is the time to work harder than ever. There was a time where employees used to work hard to make a bonus on their next paycheck. Today you have to work harder to keep your job. Your loyalty to your company means nothing. The honest truth is that many of us went from being ‘a person’ to a ‘burden number’ overnight. That is a shame.
But there is hope, and more success ahead for those who seek to find the fortune during this downturn. Basic logic suggests what goes up must come down and vice-versa. There will be greater days ahead and for some those days have already begun.
The Fundamentals
When the market is low surprisingly opportunity is created. More and more people need help during this time. The fact you need to grab a hold of is that businesses are comprised of people. Do you see where I am going with this?
If you offer something to this world that is competitively different than conventional thinking, you will win during this upturn. Remember the system is broken and corrupt. If you can offer a solution that fits somewhere into the puzzle you can bring an advantageous approach. Creativity is the center to problem solving. It suggests new methodologies of approach and ways of thinking. The only thing required is that you take your skills and see how you can improve your industry. The web has opened many doors for all kinds of businesses that bring simple solutions to ordinary daily problems. These solutions are superior only because they are simple and we then begin to think ‘it is about time.’
Take Action
What industry are you in and what are you doing differently than your competitors? If you do not have an answer for this, maybe it is time to stop and do some brainstorming. Set yourself up to create a culture, not a company. Set yourself up to make a difference. Conventional thinking combined with personal greed has ultimately resulted in this mess. I think it is time that small businesses conquer corporate America and replace some of the existing Fortune 500 and 100 organizations. It is time for change and change comes through creative problem solving. Will you be one of the innovators of this next upcoming era?

It bears resemblance to you’re creating problems yourself by trying to unravel this issue in place of looking at explanation why their is a retardant in the first place.
