Finding Creative Talent

Posted by admin on Tuesday, June 24th, 2008

If ever you have been in the position to find creative talent, you have probably noticed how difficult it can be to find. Strong creative talent is rare, partially due to the educational system that pushes students away from creativity. However, there is always the right person for the job, regardless of how impossible it may seem at times.

I have been asked a few times on how to test someone in regards to their creativity. Creative individuals tend to have personalities that extend a wide array. They jump from topic to topic and find interest in some of the smallest facts in the world. They have a tendency to be able to hold conversations with people, regardless of the discussion. They have the brain capacity to break things down and make them simple. A complex solution to them is still considered a problem. Simplicity to them is a solution.

I recently came across a creative myself. Over the past seven to eight months I have come to know more and more about this person. From the beginning I had a feeling there was talent behind the mind. She approached things from a new point of view. Asked questions that nobody else would ask, and potentially would overlook. Most of all she solved problems and always found SIMPLE solutions that would work in replacement of COMPLEX solutions.

That is why I have asked her to join me on Invent Creativity as an Author. Please welcome Hatel. She will be writing alongside me in this blog to help our readers increase their creative capacity and reach their aspirations. She has that talent, and is now more than willing to help others achieve the same.
